Office Protocols for the Coronavirus
Dr. Richards has reopened the dental office for routine care. Please call the front desk to reschedule an appointment that has been cancelled or to make an appointment for a current concern. If you have traveled out of the state please check the Pa Dept. of Health website for quarantine guidance. Please be advised that we have some new protocols in place to keep everyone as safe as possible. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival, anything over 100.4 will be asked to reschedule. We ask that you wear a mask into the building until you are seated in the treatment room; please use the supplied hand sanitizer before and after your visit; and even though we have tried to eliminate people in the waiting room, please recognize social distancing if you do have to wait for a few minutes. Thank you for your cooperation!
What can we do for you?
Payment is appreciated on the day of service. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
We also provide financing through CareCredit, which is interest free provided you pay the balance within the agreed upon time period. Please ask about this option if you have any questions, we will be happy to explain.
In the event you have dental insurance we will gladly send in your claims and bill you for any amount not covered.
In case of an emergency during after hours, call the office and leave a message with the answering service and they will contact Dr. Richards.
Please understand that in a very busy dental office, cancellations at the last minute are very disruptive. We have set aside time especially for you to have your dental needs addressed and if you cannot make your appointment, 24 hour notice is required.
In the event that 24 hour notice is not given a $35.00 fee will be charged to your account. Thank you for your cooperation; it is very much appreciated!
